How can I prove that my ex never looks after the kids?
July 24, 2014
What method can I use to prove my children never stay overnight with their father?
He claims to have them 2 nights per week, but has not seen them at all for the past 9 months.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Support worker? Social worker? Schools? Nursery’s they can all write a letter?
Social services might get involved if you have concerns. Keep a record of it all to remember. If the kids attend nursery get them to record bits x
What will social workers do, is there abuse etc, don’t you think they have enough of a work load? Can’t you just say to the csa that dad doesn’t have the child overnight or hasn’t seen the child in 9 months and get him to prove it, they do this all the time to a majority of nrps so don’t understand why they aren’t in your case. If that fails then see your mp.
Have you had no contact with your ex where previously there was? Is there a court/ contact order in place?
take pics of yr kids in bed asleep as the phone will give u details of the time and date on there youmayneed to take loads then wen he says hes got them over night you canprove he didnt they in the same house
Keep a diary detailing where they are etc and also get a solicitor to confirm etc sw could help but also could make things worse
The CSA used to require both parties to provide an annotated calendars showing when QCs stayed overnight with the NRP in the 12 month period prior to the reassessment date.
If you call them and state your case they should contact the NRP and ask for evidence in the form of an annotated calendar.

Just listen to yourselfs……providing answers to this and all for 1 fucking reason.
SO SHE CAN PROVE HE DON’T HAVE THE KID OVERNIGHT IN ORDER TO MAX OUT HER CM. Another money grabber.
Gonk
Look at the top of the page where it says:-
” CSA advice and support in dealing with the Child Support Agency “.
Nowhere does it say who or who should not receive advice when dealing with this cumbersome and inefficient agency.
