How can I help the CSA catch him?

June 18, 2015

I have been with csa for over 11years now, the father of my son has not paid a single penny for my son what so ever, he lives in london and comes up to visit his parents and walks past us in street, but yet when i contact csa there is nothing they can enforce on him as his current home is london??

I have given the csa as much information as i can, i know that he is under employment through his own father and is getting paid cash in hand, the csa claim that they have tried everything but i find this hard to believe when he comes up to my area from london and visits his parents and friends?

I know he is working and i sbeing paid cash in the hand from his father who runs a pub and i am at my whits end as to whether to try and trace him myself?? The csa say they have been to court and he has not turned up? I know he travels up from london to visit his parents who live just up the road by plane, can the csa not get him that way?? He has a passport?

His mother knows all the details the csa requires? But has joined her ex husband (my sons grandad) on succesfully hideing him from the csa, how can this be fair? What else can i do to catch him? The csa don’t seem to be any further with my case than what they did have 11 years ago?? Help…

If he’s working cash in hand what more do you expect from the CSA? You need to contact the tax office and report possible fraud.

I know it’s frustrating but if your ex is that evasive then it might be causing more stress for you than it’s worth, I’m talking from experience, I have 2 children with my ex who hasn’t bothered with his children both emotionally or financially, and we’re best off without the games or the hassle of the CSA.

If he has no involvement with his son then why do you want his money? Also, if you’ve managed for 11 years without it then what diffeerence would it make now? How do you know for certain that he works cash in hand?

Got something to say?
