Sounds like a normal letter that they send when a case is coming to an end, should be end of case but knowing CSA they will keep there claws in you as long as possible to keep the payments coming i, believe nothing regarding case closure unless it’s in writing
I hope you have all of your CSA paperwork in date order.
You should have received an annual statement showing if you have any arrears.
If zero, they are trying it on with the fictitious arrears scam.
DON’T contact the CSA by phone, EVER.
Writing to them and send by recorded delivery copies of THEIR past statements showing annually you have not been in arrears.
Or visit your MP with all of your paperwork – take copies – do not leave the originals with your MP in case you need to make a complaint or take legal action.
