Do it with out her help, it will only get on your nerves
You can’t, she’s a woman so csa won’t chase her.
As Duncan says do it without her, what’s the point in stressing yourself out for a few poxy quid a week.
You cannot. My ex wife abandoned our eldest son in 2009 and since then has paid about £80 in total over that whole time. Don’t let that dissuade you from pursuing them (writing a letter of complaint and taking it to tribunal, as is your right) but without and of that the CSA are not interested in chasing mothers the slightest. Its deadbeat dads that are the problem, you see.
Surley not chasing mums AS ITS ABOUT THE KIDS apparantly is this not discrimination against dads if mums are not treated the same as dads…..
Shes on the dole, so it ain’t worth chasing her anyway….is it? ….for a fiver a week? That’s the way I see it. You won’t get anything anyway.shes a woman. The CSA only hound the man.
Gonk
I am not going to patronise you with “CSA have it against men” etc. Cos thats a load of bollocks. They’re useless regardless of gender of the absent parent. My ex pays £0 for any of his kids. He has 2 more after mine and he doesn’t do anything for them either, mine because she was born with brain damage and disabilities.
Anyway, I know its a nightmare but its honestly best if you don’t bother. Good luck.
