tell csa she lives with you and tell them you get the child benefit and they can do a child benefit check if they dont belive you or send a copy of proof you get the child benefit by recorded delivery so they cant deniy receiving it and also demand all maintenance payments from your wage to stop.
I have something similar going on. I’m in receipt of CB but despite countless conversations I still continue to pay maintenance to the NRP and I have zero arrears. Case worker currently sorting out ending my payments and refunding monies paid going back to Dec 2014. However to claim from the NRP I need to open a case with the CMO and the CMO won’t let me do this because it refers to an open case with the CSA and the CSA won’t help because they insist it’s down to the CMO ! Letter of complaint sent with my MP copied in.
Why are you paying anything if your child lives with you? Provide the Csa with the date the your child came to live with you and the date you started receiving the child benefit and demand that ALL payments made since, be returned and demand that they pay you ALL amounts owing since those dates.
