How can I get hold of the father’s info?
I am a mother of two who is unemployed still looking for a job,the problem iam facing now is with the father of my first born who used to work in braamfontein at Nedbank as a financial planner,he left me while I was seven months pregnant in 2008 till today in 2014
His child is turning 6years on the first of October,he has changed his job,the only details that I have is his date of birth and contact details,he always promise to provide for his daughter but when I contact him he doesn’t take my call,how dobi get hold of his current info of were is he working sovi can get him support his daughter

Why not get a job and support the child you brought I to the world! Stop being a free loader and expecting other people to just give you cash! He obviously didn’t want you or the child move on, obviously another mother looking to use her ex as a walking ATM
Csa can trace him
You personally cannot as hmrc will not give people’s personal details out under data protection laws.
I’m sure csa will hunt him down on your behalf and set about ruining his life.
If they cannot find him then can you please (if and when you ever do) ask him to let me know how he managed to stay hidden, cheers.
Csa trace them! They do a check to see if they’re working and find out where! They won’t tell you where he’s working though…they’ll track him down and go through employers if he’s not willing. Good luck 🙂 x

I would see the end of the csa but I would never stop paying, if my ex hadn’t been a money grabbing spiteful bitch she would actually probably be getting more.

He has good reason to be nasty towards her, she’s a typical spiteful ex. Most single mothers are.
My ex has put her own pocket before the needs of my son for years, denying me access despite being paid thousands and thousands of pounds. My only feelings towards her are pity because despite her efforts my son is a daddies boy and eventually will hate her for what’s done.
Totally agree csa ruin lives n mums are just free loading muny grabbers its never about the child just how much the ex can control ruin and destroy u in order to gain muny sit on her arse while dads are criminalisef and made homeless…..thats how it works…..the mony isnt even spent on the kids but hair extensipn nails nights out while the kid is dumped with anyone but their dad…… get a job he obs dont want u or kid move on

As you are in South Africa you are not within the jurisdiction of the UK Child Maintenance Service.

Because usually the men are stupid little twats when it comes to payments and putting the child’s needs before “getting” at the mother! I’m not a single mother on benefits before you go on…
Same applies “I’d pay more if it wasn’t for my ex”? Cash cash cash…I work full time and provide for my daughter! Lots of spiteful pathetic dads on here trying to get at their exs! Mothers have most rights for a bloody good reason
If the shoe was on the other foot and it was women that had to pay they would understand from us men’s point of view as the Csa is unfair and corrupt and women have the power to involve them or not. Some involve them when they don’t need to just to stick the knife in their ex. It is normally the man and the kids that suffer because of an unfair system and the acts of the mothers. Sorry for rant but I have been used by a very dishonest deceitful woman who is out to ride the system big time and bleed me dry also and I’m a single parent myself who works!!
Actually love, it’s equal responsibilities but it’s mother’s like you that cause problems and play God with your children’s lives.
And usually the mother is a spiteful bitch that does all she can to stop the father seeing their child and cripple them financially, sometimes to the point of suicide, all for their own pathetic games.
They should maybe just wear a condom if they want to cry about child maintenance? Boohoo for the men 🙂
It’s not about paying for their child, they all want to pay towards them and see them. The problem is the CSA being sexist and completely against men. Letting spiteful women play their twisted games and use their children as weapons. Everything to do with the CSA is in favour of the mother. They do not care about the children, all they care about is destroying the fathers life.
