most u get is £5 a week they well NOT TAKE his over child money and its just wrong if u think u can get it or should have that .
Owed to you? No wonder the nrp love the csa.
Have you made a claim to csa? If he’s on a benefit then the max you get is £5.00 a week plus £1.00 for any outstanding payments, also it does depend on what type of disability he’s on and if dwp honour the claim, which csa have told me they can do within reason . I thought if an nrp is on a benefit no arrears would have incurred?
Also he gets benefits to support his daughter like I would presume you get to support yours which wouldn’t be offset and nor should it.
I thought the money was for the children? Obviously I’m wrong on this. So my £200 a month is going to my ex and not to my son!!!!! Now I can see why I love the Csa too
Absolutely sums up everything this!!! Money owed to ME!!! Can you see why NRP’s are fed up. You women make me sick!!!
” paid ” not payed.
If you ” never had nothing ” that means you had something.
Arrears can only be backdated to the date of first contact by the CSA with the NRP.
If he is in receipt of a disability benefit and he has a child in his household it is unlikely that the benefits agency will consent to a deduction for child maintenance.
If anyone has a CSA issue then contact the experts in CSA Law – Selwyns on 0871 750 2130 or 0754 0062 567 (mobile) for a confidential discussion about your case.
Hey guys this girl hasn’t got a case with csa, she was just enquiring on how the system works if she were to open up a case. Her ex hasn’t done anything to help her raise their child….is that right especially if he has a child living with him, so he knows the score? She works so is not claiming any benefits and just wanted advice.
Agree with Jo here.
Some mothers use the word “mine” out of context but mean “their” kids. Not all, some are just greedy money grabbers that use the kids as cash cows and Nrp as a ATM machine.
