Ask the csa for a DNA test, you are entitled to one of you have doubt. You will have to pay for it about £320 but if your not tge father you will get it back. I think you can only get payments back from when you dispute parentage, but I may be wrong. I disputed parentage from day 1 and took nearly a year to get them to sort it. Good luck
U won’t get nothing back once u commit to pay that first payment ur committed and accepted parentage to that child weather dna or not u have held urself up for parental responsibility for the child.. also if ur name is on the BC ur liable til the child’s 18 or 21 in education unles u go to court to get ur name taken off with DNA proof thru the court
You can get DNA test regardless, I was on birth certificate and got a DNA test done by CSA. Proved I wasn’t tge father and the case for that child was closed and money refunded
Take it to court only way
Maybe his ex told him he was the dad and then contacted CSA to get payments therefore he had no choice. In my opinion if he proves that he isn’t the father then the mother should be forced by court to pay back every penny and let’s see how she likes it.
He at that point could of requested a DNA if he had any doubt
You’d think it would be easy wouldn’t you? After all, if you’d payed too much tax in a tax year the Tax Office would send you a tax rebate without any problems…utility companies can sort over payments out quite easily and honestly…
But your dealing with a monster that was created with the purpose of taking as much money as possible from the NRP and giving as little as possible to the PWC,, and it serves that purpose very well.
The number of posts that I’ve seen on this forum saying that the CSA is incompetent…lol, they’re very competent at what they do, scamming NRP’s and PWC’s alike…
Wake Up.
