The Csa offer you the opportunity to take a DNA test if youy refute paternity. If you are not the dad they refundthe fee.

you got advise from a lazy cas operative ( nothing unusual about that. ) it is a known fa t that the CSA have difficulty dealing with the self employed. remind the CSA of s1 CSA actr 1991
