How can 20 be defined as a child in need of child support?
I have seen a draft paper from the DWP – dated November 2012 – that proposes to increase the minimum age from 19 to 20 – as to when you can cease paying CSA. I would like to know how the Tories can define age 20 as a child. Oh sorry Cameron (modern day Sheriff of Nottingham) has blamed the deficit. Wont belong before they tax the air that we breathe. I rented an 18 rated film from local Blockbuster that defined 18 rated films as Adult. Fine I get my 5 year old to watch the latest Evil Dead film.

I think they have done this because school leaving age has increased, and should only reflect those cases and new ones not old cases where they are near ending. Do I agree with this age increase?, no, at 18 you can vote, get married and join the army….which when I was 18 made me an adult and I supported myself by working!
