dude, I feel your pain. Because of the agency’s maladministration and general incompetency I am in nearly 10k of arrears. but there are steps you can take
1)request to join the group child support agency ripoffs on facebook, and post your problem, and follow the advice.
2)Contact your MP and ask for help.
3)demand the agency lower your payments from 40% to 30%. they can do this.
