He says they are his children but still won’t help
I have a partner but we have now separated after 19 years and we have 2 children together, the oldest child is 18 and the youngest is 9 years.
He makes an good income around £4000 a month,he claims these are his children but he still will not help.
I have never claimed any money of him or asked he used to give my around £100 a month for my son but that stopped after 2 months of doing so and ,i want to know what do to claim some money of him? because it is hard to provide for my children, and how will i go on by doing so?

9yr old fair enough he should be helping there but tell your 18yr old to stop being a lazy little shit and go get a part time job. He has all the responsibilities of an adult at 18 that includes looking after himself like an adult
