Don’t use solicitors unless you want to be violated! Make as many ‘Dad mates’ on here as possible, get L.I.P advice and take her to court yourself. Expect to pay £200 per application and enter the most biased cruel system on the planet..
Still expect nothing as the court orders aren’t worth the paper their written on and her solicitors will advise her this.
Get yourself a superhero cozzie and climb.. That’s all you can do to fight back.
Use the csa calculator and pay her what it says and not a penny more, some women do this for spite for the extra money, be strong and dont let her push you around, good luck
Daniel called it right, the government and the judiciary just don’t care.
I obtained court orders that were repeatedly broken. The Family courts did absolutely nothing about it, and wanted me to throw thousands of more pounds at useless pieces of paper.
Unfortunately, NRP’S are just used as cashpoints, without any rights whatsoever. I should know I have been on both sides as an NRP and a PWC.
