Has my ex committed fraud?
Hi will try and keep this short. I had an agreement with my ex to pay her direct by standing order then on 2011 csa got in touch saying I owe arrears so I was a bit stunned they told me case was active since 2008. I said to them ive been paying for my son so im in 5000 in arrears asi could prove I’d been paying the ex direct through the bank so they took 2000 off.
what I dont get has my ex not committed fraud as I was paying her and the csa had been chasing me for three years what can I do about this as next thing a know ive got a deo thats been in place sine they got in touch please any info or advice would be much appreciated

You got conned like we all have, she can say what dhe likes. The csa wont care about you.

no but u can take to lawyer n they clear ur dent all up . by law if u r her made a agreement out side csa , csa have to class that as child support ( if u can prove it that is )
See your mp and write everything down with evidence and send it recorded to the csa and mark it complaint.
Did you set up the payments direct as child support because if not she could say it was a debt owed when you were together….I’m afraid this is the dreaded curse of the csa with a vindictive pwc at the reins.
