Gloating ex leaves me struggling
I’ve always paid child maintainance directly to my ex. Now she’s being greedy and taken me to the csa.
I now have to pay 330 p/m..This is based on last year’s wage when I was on 3 grand a year more..I’m now only on 16100 and struggling to live each month.
It actually costs me to go to work and the worst thing is my ex just laughs and gloats at me because of what she recieves.
The csa ruins lives and should be investigated in my opinion. They dont take your circumstances into account and just see numbers..I’m actually better off unemployed and my ex would get 2 quid a week.

If you’ve been assessed on last years figures, you need to submit your latest monthly or 5 weekly payslips and ask to be assessed accordingly.
Furthermore, if you go on the dole, it will be £5 per week, soon to be £7.
If you are on CS3 they will only complete a reassessment if your income has changed by 25%.
It’s the same all over mate. I’m 570 a month so think yourself lucky. CSA have no heart. They are a money making machine with heartless bastards behind every telephone.
I was paying over £800 per month for two kids over the winter and Christmas period. Couldn’t pay my mortgage, was living on 11p super noodles, cooking them in the garden on a pan over fire lighters because I had to go on pre payment meters and couldn’t top up my gas and electric. Ice Cold baths every day for months in the middle of winter. Told the csa I couldn’t afford to live myself and not one fuck was given. I sank into a deep depression as my cruel ex stopped me seeing the kids for three months for no reason almost ended my life on several occasions and don’t know how I didn’t. If I could get my hands on ANYONE that worked in the CSA I would cover them in petrol and set them alight then laugh as the died in agony. Bit harsh? I don’t think so, they are all heartless bastards.
