Fraudulent claims by ex wife

I posted my story several weeks ago regarding the CSA demanding £18,000 at £500 per calendar month!!!!! needless to say this amount was disputed and they dropped my payements by £200 per month but the Debt of £18,000 remains.

The CSA wont supply a breakdown of how i owe this amount nor will they look into the fact that my EX wife is claiming benefits fraudulently, in their own words ” that is not our concern Mr Renfree” what is this country coming too when a female is allowed to claim benefits whilst working full time, getting her rent paid, claiming her husband of 9YEARS does not live with her and still getting money from me. I would like to add that over the period i am being charged for my daughters lived with me for 2 years of and yet the CSA will not accept this as i didn’t inform them of every corner i turned in life therefore they cannot count this time????? i never once received notification stating i had to tell them of such things like looking after my own children……

I cannot believe that there is nothing i can do about this especially as i have proof i had my children living full time with me at this time? My ex can claim everything possible yet i could nor cant do anything about this……What is the point in working in this F~*king country when all we are is a wallet for every mistake ever made by ponces that earn a fortune running it and women who can be allowed to play the system with no reprisals???????????

P.S. my “children are now 21 and 18!!!!!!

  1. you can request all details on yourself to be released via the data protection act. The data protection act states that an organisation must legally hold details of yourself correct and up to date. You also have the right to correct these details .This is an avenue i am going down at the moment ( i have a dissapearing /reapearing child that does not actually exist ) The csa will not be interested in what benefits your ex partner claims, that is dealt with by the benefits agency if informed.
