Fed up of CSA threats
I have two children wit different women I pay them both 40 a week each plus buy nappies clothes school uniforms and help with many things.
I earn 130 a day before tax I’m self employed I have my On my way! bills rent car credit card store cadres to pay as we’ll also sofa for my ex girlfriend I pay for monthly we have 1 year old son that she doesn’t let me have over night I also have a six year old that I have over 160 night a year.
What should I be payin? Fed up with the constant threats of CSa if I dot give them what thy want.

Contact Csa and explain what you pay each wk and what you provide ( keep receipts) for these everytime you purchase outside of your wkly payments, also explain you have 1 child 160 days of the year if this ia overnight then you get a reduction. It will do you good to contact and have them give you a better figure, they are not all bad…. And it won’t affect you 🙂
If the went to the CSA now they both be put on CM . You can work out what you should be paying on line or you can call thier helpline . CM push for what you are doing , doing beween your self ect . If they do go to CM you have to prove it so try get it writing emails , txit ect . It all help more prove you have the better . Also THEY well have to pay to open a claim .
