Fathers who don’t pay

You often hear this on this site and on the news yet personally i think that this statement is possibly wrong.

Once the c.s.a have been given the details of the absent parent i think it highly unlikely that the c.s.a will ever let go.

I have been paying the c.s.a for twenty years now and have paid thousands,yet i have heard many times over the years that people think it is disgusting that i do not pay for my children.

I also have not seen my kids for twenty years ,well would you want to visit a father that has never payed for you i think not.

So if i have payed thousand where has this money gone.

if we cast our minds back to before the c.s.a got involved and both parents came to an arrangement money paid every week and children visited no problem.Then the c.s.a became involved SUDDENLY both parents no longer communicate with each other due to infomation received from the c.s.a.

Before a break up of family life children often play one parent up against the other and friction occures,so knowing other things the c.s.a get upto like FIXING PEOPLES FILES by making paperwork required for assesements disappear thus creating arrears/sitting on peoples files while arrears accumulate then whipping them down to court for the guarentied liability order just as the arrears have reached the magic number for the liability order to be granted/and the famous c.s.a’s YOU WERE NOTIFIED WHEN YOU KNOW NOTHING of being notified or have the paperwork to back their claim up.

So knowing all this its NOT that hard to believe this is what the c.s.a are doing which is PLAYING ONE PARENT UP AGAINST THE OTHER.

No way of finding out as both parents no longer communicate which leaves the c.s.a to do as they please.The only contact now is through the c.s.a and they are giving one parent one story and the other another I once approached the c.s.a after being told i payed nothing towards my children and asked where the money went.

REPLY:i was paying the secretary of state as my ex was on benifits.

I replied no she isn’t she has always worked and i can prove it.

REPLY:no you are paying the parent with care and the secretary of state receives no money off you.

SEE HOW THE C.S.A’s story changes to suit the request for imfomation.

So i know it is a tall order but i think that if parents with care were to were to swallow their pride for the sake of the children even for just a short while long enough to contact the absent parent about if he has payed anything towards the children to the c.s.a i think that possibly he will have paperwork to prove he has been paying for quite some time like me and its the c.s.a that are leading the parents with care to believe he pays nothing.

As i’m sure that alot of people out there will know with their own cases that you have more chance of getting run over than the c.s.a deciding not to chase the absent parent or even more far fetched that the c.s.a would squash his arrears,I DONT THINK SO.

This is ware i think that the truth lies about the absent parent not paying and the problems that us absent parents have trying to co operate with the c.s.a when the c.s.a will do anything in their power to prevent you from co operating.

So their it is i think that alot of parents with care would be surprised with some of the out comes should they ever contact the absent parent instead of believing everything the c.s.a tell them as gospel.
