Fathers put on the tears and they get away with it
My ex partner has not paid me a penny despite going through the CSA 8 years ago. He has constantly lied, allegedly been claiming benefits whilst working, and the debt he owes me is mounting.
CSA got a deduction from earnings order set up that was, and i quote (assessed on his incorrect wages!). As he then contacted the CSA and turned on the water works he has get away with it yet again. Next time i get a bill that i cannot afford, if i called in tears saying that i couldnt afford it, i wouldnt expect to get away with it.
The CSA is supposed to help and make the process easier but they have just increased my frustration, i will fight this to the bitter end and take legal advice if necessary.

i dont think thats strictly true if they had set up a deo they wouldnt care if he couldnt afford it they would take it anyway. the csa is lying to ou to cover their own incompetence.

Good question Martin Dell. Alot of women I know are just purely money motivated and I have had experience with this. My ex wasn’t interested in my money because I wasn’t earning alot then I get a new well paid job and through here say and rumours of things I was doing like going skiing going to america and other things she decided she wanted a piece. I now pay 400 a month based on 20% of my take home earnings for the 2 children I have. She is on benefits of around 450 a month, so no rent, and no council tax a free 3 bed house basically. I haven’t seen my 2 children for 3 years that being the time we broke up as she tried to blackmail me with them saying stay or you dont see them. I agree with paying for my children but not when the mothers dont work. Surely it incentive enough for these women to get a job if they knew they would get extra for working. The csa’s calculation is based on lifestyle, my kids wont live my lifestyle as there in council accomodation with a single mum who spends my money in the town on weekend nights. How are they living the same lifestyle ??? Its a shame really but some mums not all think about themselves to much and not the children.
