Father hasn’t paid for Autistic two year old for last year
The CSA have been a joke the last year that they have been dealing with our case. They haven’t managed to catch up with my sons father in a year. They recently visited a property which I kept telling them wasn’t where he was living but was his mum and dads address and then told me they couldn’t find it despite being a lets say large over 10 bedroom house!!! I mean come on ever tried of using maps on the internet.
Despite letters, emails and calls both from the CSA and from me he is getting away with not paying any finanicial suppport. My son goes backwards and forwards to the hospital and things are really tight financially as it is not cheap running a car to the hospital on a more than regualr basis. I have given his home address to them but no visit to it in a year. I just don’t get it???
I ring the CSA on a weekly basis but even that doesn’t seem to make them do more than the little that they are doing. Its a waste of time……….

if csa are not working on your case, write a stern letter of complaint and see your mp. stop ringing them, costs you a bomb and the agents aint a clue, send emails and write to them from now on. good luck
Thanks for your comment. I am in the process of writing a letter to my MP to see if they can help. Will also write a letter of complaint to ther CSA, thanks for that. I am also going to write my story in full and see if I can get it published in the local press. Thanks for you help 🙂
the press won’t publish any stories with negative reports of the csa, they have a media gag on them, many have tried and failed. csa are a joke, the real deadbeats get away with not paying, yet decent hard working men screwed left right and centre, needs scrabbing and taken back to the courts.

Yeah I guess they would have! I agree and don’t see why people should get away with it. I wouldn’t mind so much, but I cannot solely afford the trips to the hospital for my son without some contribution but even telling him that he is putting my little boys life at risk by not contributing doesn’t seem to make any difference. I just cannot see how someone can be so heartless and the CSA are not helping by making no contact for over a year. Its not hard to find him, he is registered on the register of electors at the address they should be visiting but just seem to go round in circles with them. Therefore writing to my MP to try and get them help 🙂
my ex is also a hopper, and i don’t mean to sound negative but if hes avoiding responsibility like he is, not much is going to change whether csa catch up with him or not. can you not get any more help, are you getting all that your entitled to without soley relying on your exes help, as its not getting you anywhere, until it does? hope the mp helps you, also contact ICE if csa fail to deal with your complaint, you can even get your dr to write to the csa and the mp with the help that you need.
