Ex’s new man is wealthy yet I still pay them all my money
Well where to start, ihave a 3 year old daughter whos mother turned against me (as did her mother)when my daughter was six months old.
That is the last time i have saw her as she has changed numbers, email and even where she lives and every lawyer i turn to says i need an address before i can do anything. I havejust had £150 taken straight from my wages (all because i overlooked one letter) and now they refuse to allow my direct debit to the csa to remain in place.
I’ll get to the point they now will not lower my weekly payments which means i can no longer afford my rent or even to live whilst the ex sits with her feet up getting every benefit under the sun and her man is making a fortune. Can someone please tell me where the line is? no disrespect, i know there are a lot of honest women out there but there are certainly more spiteful ones out there who ruin mens lives!

Are there arrears also involved? If there are CSA are not allowed to leave you with less than 60% of your salary. Do they also have your correct income details to correctly assess maintenance?
Unfortunately regardless of your ex’s financial position this is not taken into account as the CSA will only take a % of your net salary. CSA do not care about your own financial position either.
You are financially responsible for your children not your ex’s new partner be him well off or not.
