Ex tells CSA lies every time she falls pregnant

My Husband divorced his ex wife approx 8 years ago, we met a year later and have been together since. His ex wife does not work and has never worked, My husband had an agreement to pay £100 per month child maintenance for his daughter after a year his ex wife went to the csa and told them that he had made no payments.

He was left with a hugh arrers bill which was taken direct from his wage in 1 month they took £500. after this my husband and his ex again came to an agreement that he would make payments direct into her account. Since then his ex wife met someone and immediatley fell pregnant then asked my husband for more money, he said no,(his ex’s boyfriend does not work also).

She stopped contact and then again went to the csa and told them that he had made no payments, however this time he had proof sent the proof into the csa that payments had been made. 3 years later we are still getting letters demanding £2900 in arrears (this amount has changed over the 3 years from £2000 to £800 to £2900.

When his ex wife again fell pregnant the whole situation started again. Now she is pregnant again and it is again starting his ex wife has now again contacted the csa and told them that my husband no longer has his daughter in fact his daughter spends more time with my husband and his family than his ex wife, these lies are due to her yet agin falling pregnant and wanting more money.

My husband has yet again had to supply proof that his daughter does in fact spend time with him, as well as this he has also received a letter stating court proceedings are begining due to his arrers (that he does not have). He again contacted the csa to explain that he owes no money but yet agin they have lost the paperwork (he has sent this information 5 times).

Today my husband had an anxiety attack at work, the hospital has told him this is due to stress most probably due to the csa. These csa staff are completley incompetant and should not be allowed a job never mind the playing with peoples lives, something needs to be done when good dads are hounded and harrassed without reason.
