Ex stopped paying CSA after two months
I was told my daughters father was to pay £59 per week. He paid it to CSA and they put it in my account. This lasted for only two months and he stopped paying, that was last October and I have repeatedly phoned to find out when they will sort it out.
I get nowhere and no answers!
I have been told today it has been sent to yet another CSA office and will take between 12 and 15 weeks to get an answer. I am struggling to pay everything for my daughter on my own while her father and his fiancé are going on expensive holidays and have bought a house, please help.

Have the CSA confirmed your ex stopped payments 8 months ago OR have they got stuck in the system?
If you are struggling to get answers over the phone, I would suggest you write a clearly marked letter of complaint.
Ask if CS has not been received for the 8 month period, when and what the agency have done to address the issue with the NRP during such.
Request a complete account breakdown for your case, ie; due dates, funds due and received, so you can see what the situation is.
Copy in your local MP , asking for their assistance.
Keep copies of ALL correspondence and post signed for.

As chall says don’t speak with the over the phone and put everything in writing recorded delivery so you know they will receive it. Write a formal letter of complaint.
we had this situation of someone dealing with my partner’s file, it gets passed from pillar to post, another 12 week deadline due to reshuffle then another department has a reshuffle!!
