Ex stopped my contact so I couldn’t claim a variation

Well where do i start,if this story dont bamboozle you then nothing will.

I separated back in feb 2009. became homeless and jobless i tried to claim benifits but couldnt because i did not have a home address.. even the salvation army would not put me in emergancy accomodation as i was not on benefits.. getting to the point.. for atleast 12 months not signing on but living of a pension (Ill Health)i recieved a whopping bill for 4and half thousand pounds arrears from the csa.

Because it was assumed i was working… my wife told them that i had a hgv licence and so they went of the national average of what truckers was earning.because i was not signing i could not prove to them as they said wether i was working or not… i believe the csa have the powers to obtain any information through tax insurance and even job seekers benifets. I’ve contested this but they still wont have it… when i left my ex wife (she was carrying on while i was trucking) i did not return to trucking again.. i got 2 weeks work and i rang the csa up and told them ..then i was told that i could not be assessed on that.(im a freelance in tv and film) so my work is not regular..

I was advised to go self employed by someone from the csa. so i did they still havent got it straight and i sign on now everytime i cease a small job Ie 2 weeks.. my ex has made complaints to the csa and they are listening to her instead of me.. i live in yorkshire now and she lives in liverpool ..csa dont even allow me variation.. it seems i get a case worker they stick with me for a bit but give up when they dont get anywere i have proberly been through every case worker that there is and they still cant get to the bottom of it..it seems that the right hand doesnt no what the left hand is doing… it is making me look that im doing it on purpose but everything theyve told me to do i have done..have i lost you yet! i have even signed over my share of the house..

Last year she stopped me from seeing my boys for no reason but her friend told me she had done it so that i wouldnt get any variation.. i thad taken her to court and won the battle.. judge said keep it amicable in which i tried but she throws obstacles in the way..i got remarried last xmas eve and when she found out guess what she has stopped me from seeing the boys again i do feel i neede some help from experts on this as there is a lot more than i have time to type without losing you all..i have now set up a ltd company so im paying csa as i earn it but this has even caused a problem with csa as they r still in limbo themselves.

I’m at my wits end and yes i did think of suicide thanks.
