Ex says I’m not the father, but CSA says otherwise

First, my so-called ‘wife’ as I cannot afford to get a divorce…. tells people that I am not the natural father of the child. I do not have a relationship with the child as the mother has alienated me from the child. Yes, I have been arrested for CDV against her….so have many other guys!

The kid is 16 now….been in juvenile detention….and the state is trying it’s best to take her out of the home as the so-called ‘mother’ hits her…I am not even sure they haven’t already taken her out of the house.

I’m behind on child support….The state wants to take the mother’s rights and my right’s….Hell, I want them to….I want to relinquish my right’s so I don’t have to pay child support….Heck, the money only goes up her mother’s nose anyway.

A friend of mine says her husband went in and stopped the court order for child support when her daughter reached the age of 18….She said she went to a lawyer as he was supposed to continue paying until the daughter finished college…..The lawyer advised her not to waste her money….The lawyer said, “The courts have so many cases of little kids who do not get child support, do you actually think they will actually force your ex-husband to pay for a child who is over 18 years of age?” The friend said she did not pursue any action.

How do these women think they are going to get paid child support when they are forcing the government to suspend driver’s license and placing the NCP in jail? How is he supposed to work?

It is all so frustrating to me…..I have decided I will pay child support about $100 a week……skip about 7 weeks every now and then….and then restart….just shy of getting into trouble…..
