Ex refuses to put my name on child’s birth certificate

Today i got an unknown call from someone i believe was from the Social Services.She told me to take a look at a document about Joshua Lorenzo Ngwenya D.O.B.09/06/03 where Nothando claims she was raped in Zimbabwe and therefore i would like the Child support Agency to suspend my deductions and investigate as i can not bear to support another man’s Child.

The caller then told me to call the Lincolnshire Hospital where Josh was born of which i did and they refused to give any infomation on how Josh was conceived but all they said was that i should tell the Child Support Agency to give them a call 01522512512 or 01522782244 so that they can assist with this matter.

Sir/Madam, for a long time i asked Nothando to include my name on the Child,s Birth Cetificate but she kept telling me she was going to do it and now its nearly 10 years she has not bothered which raises questions. The caller seemed to know a lot about this issue as she told me that Nothando clearly stated in her Asylum claim that she was gang raped back in Zimbabwe and did not know who the Father of her Child was. She said there are some documents where she was asked about the boy’s surname and she said he was given her Grandmother’s surname as he is a result of rape because that is her culture.I know she is right by saying her Granny is a Ngwenya like me but i disagree on the giving of the surname because of rape as i am also from the same culture.

It now makes perfect sense that when i met Nothando she already knew she was expecting and she used me. After seeing the Paedtric Clinical Sheet i now am convinced Joshua is not my Son. I am going to post the copy of his birth Certificate and the Paeditric Sheet and please look under Family History. The caller said Nothando is under investigation by the Home Office for her deception. If the whole thing  is true i would like you to consider her paying me back every penny she owes and for the stress.

Please Sir/Madam look into this whole thing as it has torn me to pieces.
