Ex refuses me additional access to son even though I have a court order
CSA have miscalculated my payments dozens of times, they have lied to me, been rude to me and hassled me regularly.
They have intruded on my private life and my employer. I have not seen my two daughters for eight years and my ex-partner lives in a large house paid for by me having not worked for 20 years. I see my son every few weeks but despite obtaining Court Orders she will not allow me any more access to my son who is now 14.
CSA do not care that my wife has to work to pay the bills and look after our two children and make simple calculations impossible to understand just so they can screw more money out of me.
Even my MP agrees that the CSA is a disgrace but nothing ever changes.

Your description of the csa is fairly accurate. The MP’s wont do anything because it isnt up to them, the country is effectively run by the civil service in whitehall who create jobs for the civil service throughout the country, hence the csa.
Regarding the issue of access at 14yrs your child has a right to be heard and could support your application for more access in the family courts.
When involving a slightly older child in contact orders and statements from children to bolster contact Ive found how floored the sytem is.
My son tells me that his mother has threatened punishment to him and his sister if they do not tell social workers what she wants him to say.
He wants to stay overnight with me but said that when social workers questined him it was done in front of his mother and he was scared and said no, but said he really really want to spend more time with me.
So the social workers write the report for the court judge and he reads all negative responses even thoug those responses were taken under duress.
The judge gets angry at me when I try to explain saying that the social services are not biaised and so reduces my contact!!!!
My children are scared of speaking their true feelings because of the pressure they are put under by the twisted mother.
Who can help – NO ONE it seems.
