Ex owes thousands and CSA is ignoring it
Well JAMES MARK PURVIS who did not pay for his dead son with DMD, also his daughter who is 18, and did not pay for his two previous grown up sons has avoided paying CSA for years! MARK PURVIS IS ANOTHER NAME HE USES, BORN 20.03.65 AND LIVES IN NORTH TYNESIDE SOMEWHERE HAS ALL THE TRICKS. CSA HAVE WRITTEN OFF AT LEAST 10,000.HE STILL OWES THOUSANDS.
WHY ANY MAN WANTS TO AVOID THIS IS BEYOND ME……THIS MAN SAID THAT DLA FOR DISABLED SON MEANT HE DID NOT HAVE TO PAY C.S.A SO CONTACT HIM , HE IS LIVING WITH A WOMAN CALLED ANGELA, WHAT A CATCH SHE HAS ON HER HANDS. I AM SURE THIS MAN WILL GIVE YOU ALL YOU WANT TO KNOW IN HOW TO AVOID PAYMENT, AND THIS IS NOT SLANDER AS IT IS TRUE AND HE KNOWS IT.

Oh dear sounds like you’re bitter, that’s what money does to women like u
Trouble is there are two sides to every story n this is just one side . Maybe if the Csa were more fair in their calculations then ppl would be more willing to pay. It’s not always a case of not wanting to pay towards your child it’s a case of that person also needs to survive and what the Csa expect ppl to pay is extortionate it drives ppl to suicide
very true Karen Todd, CS doesn’t care about the other parent leaving them pennies to live on. forcing them to do unbelievable things. I totally agree with you!!!
Maybe if you spent more time trying to ensure he had a relationship with his children rather than trying to get as much as you could out of him he would have enjoyed contributing to his childrens lives both emotionally and financially without having to support you too. Men generally have no problem in paying a realistic contribution to the living costs of their children – it is usually the pwc who seem to want an ex to keep them and the children and do not wish to keep themselves or to pay towards the cost of bringing up their offspring. The DHSS puts a figure of £60 per week on child rearing costs – £30 pwc and £30 nrp would seem reasonable. Maybe even £40 pwc as they get the enjoyment of living with and spending time with children, and £20 nrp. There is also the likelihood that dads would rather have their children to live with them and you could then work to pay child support and should you wish the extra you would like.
I cancelled all the Csa for this reason I felt they were taking too much from nrp ,I didn’t need all what they said he had to pay .i don’t know where they get their figures from regarding how much they think a child needs a week. The whole thing needs scrapping
wow maybe you need to speak to my Ex . He is in it for the long haul. takes whatever he can from me.
Karen Todd I think you should address a letter to Mr David Cameron and show I’m what you really think about the system from a mothers point of view
