Ex opens and closes CSA accounts just to cause a hassle

My ex has harassed me for 11 years in everyway possible. Every time I do something in my life she contacts CSA then after I fill out the forms I’m sent she cancels the claim.

I have always taken my children and bought birthdays and Christmases aswell as providing what they need when asked. The first time she contacted CSA was 2008 and about 3 or 4 times a year since but then cancels.

Now she has phoned again and they want backdated money of just over £5000. I set up the direct debit when I was told but the money wasn’t taken from my account. 2 months later I was asked to set up a standing order which I did and the payment was taken from my bank.

After the payment was taken I was served with a citation to attend court to recover the full backdated money which I pay at £112 a month. She now wants all my possessions sold to cover this. I am on a low income and struggle as it is.
