Ex not paying but I am paying CSA

My case with many others is not new, everyone seems to be having the same propblems. My daughter came to live with me last year, prior to this I was paying the ex from my earnings, Since last year (6th May) i have put in a claim for CSA for my daughter but as to date I have had no payments at all, the ex has my other children who i do pay for (i pay for 2 children the 3rd is in Uni)I have been paying him almost £200, upon calling the CSA all they say is its gone to the bayliff, its gone to court the excuses go on. I called today to see if they can offset payments as they did do twice already, they now say they can.

I spoke to a lady originaly said CSA do not offset but when i told her that its been done twice she accused me of almost lying, then checking her records she noticed that some moneies were offset! they have not a clue at all… where is the logic in me paying him and he not paying me anything the system is crap and so wrong and it seems all the good ppl seem to be targeted!!!

My fight will go on, I now have a leaver arch file full of crap papers from the CSA who do nothing but drink tea and sit on their back sides!!! hang in there everyone, just a shame there is no set law for non payng parents, procedures to follow but take months to follow through, no one admits their fault and the twat of an ex is laughing while I struggle to save for my daugeters uni fees… hes off to Malaysia with the other 3 kids (thats not cheap – he will be back in september) CSA will say we can get intouch with him!! typical.

I cant see the CSA reading these messages as they are to much in shame to admit that the system is so wrong and messed up! for the past year i have been told there is a back log!!! there is always a bloomimng back log…
