Ex husband employed by his dad, refuses to pay DEO
Short version of it all is my ex husbands employer is his dad and after loads of warning letters from the csa they keep giving excusses why they are late with payments……
They are now three months behind on payments have now been phoning the CSA every other day to see what is happening and all i keep getting is that they cannot get hold of them to speak to them…..just wanted to know where else i can go from here!!!!!
Am finding things a struggle at the moment with out the CSA payments…..

It may be appropriate to escalate your case to a clearly marked written complaint.
Copy in your local MP, ask for their assistance. Keep copies of everything and post signed for.
A DEO is not the only avenue the agency have available to them to try and acquire payment from a non resident parent. Perhaps its time the agency started exploring other avenues.

Its a shame as this is something that seems to be commonplace – please join facebook groups Child Support Agencies Failing and other groups for free advice and support – also go to your MP and also put in a complaint.
