Ex has threatened to burn my flat down, but still sees our baby
My ex and I split up shortly after our baby was born. The relationship was always difficult with cheating, fairly mild violence and very controlling behaviour all on his behalf. Since we have split I have been harassed and insulted continuously.
He has threatened to burn my flat down and warns me frequently that ‘there will be trouble’. He has the baby every other sunday, which I offered to him even after all the trouble he has caused. He refused to get a solicitor.
He doesn’t pay anything towards the up bringing of our baby and continues to try threatening me and controlling me.

It’s not csa advice you need right now but help with an abusive ex, my advice is you need to speak to the domestic violence helpline and even the police, you can’t let this man control you any longer, he obviously needs help, as do you to stand up to him. Have you considered using a contact centre, this way you don’t have to speak to him and he still gets contact with the baby?
