Ex has been dodging the CSA since April 2011
Mr John Cadman of Stamford or is it Knowle in Solihull which is where he owns his property? For a privately educated man it didn’t seem to give him any morals so in my opinion a total waste of time and money. He has been dodging the CSA since April 2011!
The CSA took ages to try and chase him as he is evasive but are now taking him to court for a debt of over £6000 owed to his son Harvey Cadman for back pay. I’m convinced they will catch him at some point but its not really fair on the children in all these cases, not only to go without any financial support from their estranged fathers but more importantly the emotional impact this brings upon a child in this position.
We all want to be loved and cherished and the children in the cases where they have been abandonded by their fathers are going to have a long hard battle emotionally. Hopefully the CSA will sort my case out (fingers crossed) and I just hope they pull their finger out and sort the hundreds and thousands of children that go without because of their selfish fathers that think they can father a child and just walk away without leaving a devasting trail of emotional problems for these children.
Shame on them all ………….

Totally agree, its v.sad and I dont understand how they can do it neither, shame on them.
Mothers walk away from their kids too. My ex walked away from our kids, and to be honest glad he did then they don’t have to be disappointed by him….I’m not bitter and don’t think its left a trail of destruction for them….yes it is sad, but its his loss and I have the love of my two children, I don’t need his money nor the hassle that csa bring with it. When my children are grown they will know for themselves what a deadbeat their dad is and that’s for him to deal with. My children are happy and that’s all that matters to me. I hope in your case you get a result, but with the csa its a long haul….and for every nrp that doesn’t pay a decent nrp is being royally screwed by this agency.
