Ex has a strop on – what can I do?
I once paid my ex every week, she got a strop on and went to the CSA. So i have been paying them for the last couple of years. But i have now received a letter saying i owe money from 2001 /2004.
Very strange i was living with this woman then and paying all the bills like you do.
I told this fact to the CSA yeterday and they said, no you owe that money and you will pay. Again i said i was living with her , no you will have to pay as your ex says you owe her. Go see her and sort it or pay. what can i do? Also, eight months after splitting from my ex she came a knocking saying she was pregnant and it was mine (idiot me) so we went back together. When the child was born i was led to belive it was mine. However after 2 years my parents decided to dna the little boy saying to protect me from this evil bitch and further grief from the csa, got results and he is not mine. I still have him at weekends as i fetched him up and he thinks im his dad. So when she threw me out yet again along comes the csa with child mainainance for two kids. But i had a get out of jail letter the dna proof. CSA said sorry your name is on the birth certificate and you have done an illegal act of testing this child for dna, we dont recognise your evidence as proof and you will pay, if my dad had not seen your site that gives advise i would have been controlled by these people.They never told me i could get a dna test through them and never offered advise, the only advice pay us now or else! Anyway, here comes the good news. i arranged the dna with the csa who did not want to offer this service with continual excuses for myself and mother and child it cost me an amount of money via the csa but if i was not the father i would get it back. She never turned up for thr da test and then told them it was someone elses kid. Now this ex partner a liar and potential life wrecker is on the phone to the csa saying i owe her money from 2001/2004 and i lived with her and they belive her, they even told me the case had been revived as said i owe her. WHAT CAN I DO?

I would write everything down in bullet point form, outlining all the errors csa has put on your case, send this recorded to them marked complaint and speak with your mp asap. I think by the sounds of it your ex could of been claiming a benefit and csa got involved whilst living with you and she went ahead with the claim without your knowledge. Do you have proof of living there, I.e electrol registrar for that year which you can access via the council or 192.com? Try and build up a folder of evidence to throw at them, might be worth getting a hold of your file which cost a tenner before any complaints go in as csa are known to doctor them.
If you had dna done without your ex’s consent, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is an illegal offense, even if your concerns were genuine….hopefully this has
been sorted. And a birth certificate is not proof of anything when you have ?’d parentage and many men have been duped into signing such a document when it should be the mother who is reprimanded for being dishonest as it’s an historical document.
