Ex gets all the benefits, and I pay her money

I do not understand how there is such an agency as the CSA, it is a way of a jealous ex – girlfriend getting one over her ex boyfriend. I believe the agency should have to at least investigate the circumstances and look into why no money has been given to the mother.

I finished with my ex girlfriend and she was not happy, within a fortnight of me splitting up with her I was in a social work meeting in the morning, court by the afternoon as she was putting an interdict against me, claiming I was some monster that knocked shit out of her (she was actually charged twice with assaulting me but the charges were dropped) still she got her interdict granted and after getting home and thinking what a bad day that was, I was phoned by the CSA. the stress was unreal and it was all due to my psychopathic ex girlfriend spiting me. I have been unable to work because of the stress and custodial battle I am currently in. I worked all my days since leaving school.

I used to spend every penny on her and the kids and she would be claiming benefits(since she left school) she would refuse me moving into her flat as she wanted to collect the benefits as a single mother as she had a child prior to our relationship and obviously did not want to lose out on her money.

I am now facing a court case cause the idiot tried to throw her head at me and I moved resulting in the idiot falling on her face and breaking her tooth.

I think I have enough evidence to prove that I never assaulted her but with her being a girl and me being male I seem to think I am probably going to be jailed as this woman is doing everything in her power to remove me from her life(not my money of course, she still wants that) she has been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and it is a very seriously messed up mental illness, full of spite and anger. I am willing to pay for my children but I refuse to do so through this highly pro-female way of doing so. I am wondering if there are any good ways of avoiding payments. I am self employed and have been told that there is, but not sure of how to go about it.

She has her home being paid for by the government as well as lowered council tax, benefits and child tax credits, yet I am in a house on my own and when I start working I will need to pay full rent, council tax and the rest. basically I would be working for nothing. if I could I would suggest protests against this agency but no one can be bothered. I will do it on my own if I have to, I would rather not work, than work and pay for her even though I have my children close to half the time.3 out of 7 nights a week and I would only get 3/7 in deduction?
