Ex claims to pay more than I’m entitled

I have been separated for 7 years from my husband and he now wants to get divorced.

He earns £36,867 per annum and I would like to know how much child support he should be paying me.

I have 2 children and he has them 2 nights per week. He has always said he pays me more than I am entitled to but I wanted to get it confirmed how much the figure actually is. Thank you.

    That’s it get those pounds rolling in now that good old Bill has given you a taster. Let’s hope it’s less than than what you get now.
    Don’t bother with the CMS and come to your own private arrangement. You will be told to pay direct or face charges under the new system. You will be charged £20 for opening a case then you will lose 4% of whatever he has to pay you. He will be stung 20% per month on top of what he has to pay you.
    Don’t know how Bill has come to this amount ? Have you taken into consideration he has the kids 104 nights a yr and the new system is based on 17% ( I think??) of his gross pay. Anyone care to clarify? I’m sure bill will and correct my written English lol

    16% of gross less 2/7. No allowance for pension payments as no details given.
