Ex changed his address, I haven’t received any money
I already have an exsisting case with you.
The reason for my email is that the father to my daughter Leah Fairhurst born on the 26th of September 2001 is now in employment and i have not recieved any recent information from you. He has also changed his address back to his parents which i only have the street name which is siddow common leigh lancashire.
csa has this address from years ago when Leah was around two years old. I would be greatful if you could look into my case again and get back to me.

Louise, this is a CSA complaints/discussion website and not affiliated with the Child Support Agency directly therefore they will not receive this message. You will need to either email the CSA through their own website, call them or contact them in writing to discuss the matters above. The Agency may not yet be aware that the NRP is in employment as they don’t constantly monitor cases (they will be unlikely to spend time on cases where there is little to no client contact so definetely worth keeping on at them) – if you have information that could help your case, pass this onto them ASAP (although don’t expect any miracles!).
