Ex changed banks so I get nothing from the CSA
I have had 11 years of complaing about the CSA’s mistakes and errors that have cost me thousands.. After a 2year battle with them and the tribunal things went quiet.
Now i have been told that they have changed my file onto a new computor so i wont get March money, they have done nothing to obtain this money, now i have been informed that my April money will not be recived as NRP changed Banks and its too late to get D/D in time.. NRP is not complying or answereing phone letters ect. as he plays the system and is allowed too..
So who will suport my child for March and April as i have mortgage to pay tomoro and no money.. Bet the CSA of NRP would be onto there employee if they was not paid for 2 Months..

This is exactly the type of problems that would not happen if the court dealt with maintenance, what power do the CSA have? none. Your March & April payments are still due and you should get them regardless of computer or bank changes. These are the type of things the NRP’s get away with even though they know they should pay, what the hell is wrong with them, these children are their children too. Elections in May – get your MP involved. We have to get this lobbied now and get the CSA disbanded.
Sometimes csa can hold onto payments to gain more interest, how do you think they manage to gain over 25 million in bonuses? They also like pwc and nrp to be at logger heads so you don’t see what’s really going on. Write a letter of complaint and see your mp. Not all nrps are the same just to add, csa ruin the decent dads to let the deadbeats off, I’m on both sides of the fence with the csa, they’re crap no matter what side your on
