Ex brags that he can get out of paying
My ex has told me that there are loopholes that even if I go to the CSA that he still doesn’t have to pay.
He has a paid job and is self employed, wage slip and tax returns respectively. He ears circa £2000 and says he can’t afford to pay anything. Are there such loopholes?? He does have a lot of debt.
Thanks for any help, he twists things so convincingly and the lady at the CSA needs empathy lessons as she was aggressively unhelpful, you’d think I was asking her personally to pay!

Hes self employed thats the loophole he is his own boss so its up to him if he wants to pay csa not alot csa can do.

cant get csa out a self employed man as they have no set wag so their is no set income to work out how much he should be paying

Just do the right thing and come to an agreement between yourselves don’t involve the csa. Maybe that’s why he won’t pay you coz you have shit on him by contacting the csa you rat
Actually Paul I haven’t, like a fool I trusted him to do the right thing by his children, I was asking them for advice only after he renegade on our agreement. And I’m not greedy thanks Daniel but children do cost money and he co-created them so I think the least he could do is help towards school uniform, he finds money to sky dive and go to football matches. Before you comment; I do work, dont drink, smoke or gamble and he left me ‘because he didn’t want the responsibility of a wife and kids anymore’ after nearly 20 yrs of marriage. So I hope that covers the trolls.
