Everything was great until the mum realised she could get more money out of me through the CSA
I used to get my son every friday saturday and sunday for the last 5 years. my son is 6 now and everything was great until his mum decided that by going through CSA she will get more money out of me (i gave her £150 a month). CSA have said i have to pay £234 pounds a month and that i must pay it no exceptions. I told them i have another son but they said he is null and void and they only take £9 off for him because he lives with me. It’s a total joke!!!. Now my access has been cut to just a friday to saturday as his mum says “she needs more time” with my son. I think its so she gets more CSA money!. Is there anyone who can help1/?!?! im at my wits end.

if u get a lawyer mate they can get it back to the 1st one as CSA are not meant to open a case if their is a agreement in place in the 1st place even if it more or less . only way getting lawyer to prove it as they want take ur world for it
I have been to a lawyer but i dont qualify for legal aid so i now have legal costs. I will pay whatever it takes to see my son more but the CSA are totally biased against dads. The only way around this is to say my son doesnt live with me so my ex only gets half payments. Total crazyness…
