Rule No 1 Never speak to the CSA on the phone, only correspond in writing, that way, they cannot ;lie to you so easily, as you have proof of what THEY SAY
Don’t deal with the CSA by phone! Only deal with them by letter and also state in that letter that they are to contact you by letter only and request that they remove your telephone number from their system.
Ask 4 all information on your case and under the freedom off information act so u see what’s been said 4 self ang all ways keep
Ok listen to those who say do not phone the CSA. You can never prove the content of a phone call.
Nikki is part correct in that you can get your file and they cant stop u doing that. write to the Data protection unit and they will charge you 10 quid.
Your file is the best weapon to have then u can as Terry scott suggested send that to NAsCSA
