In my experience the family court are not much better. Contact orders are useless prices of paper, not worth the paper that they are written on.
Be careful throwing money at the lawyers.
So if they put us in prison and or take our driving licence off us how do we get money for out kids then at the time. When we come out we never get a job then and still we only need to pay £5 a week so how is that going to feed them. It seems to me that the csa dont support or help the kids just help the mothers screw out money off us and the csa wants the fathers jobless and a bad name. Can the shitty number10 see this wont work. Plus the csa are driving our kids away from the fathers. Its the kids that need the fathers too and for the fathers to help support the kids by being there for them. Money is not everything to the kids its the fathers that help the kids out just by being there and spending on them and not the mothers spending our kids money on fags drink and drugs. You know thats wot happends. The partner has money the mother has money and child benefit so y cant us fathers spend our money on our own kids and have them one night a week. Is that to much to ask for……the csa scum hates fathers and must be run from mothers who cant have kids…. Bastards.
