Does the CSA assist with access for the absent parent?

My daughters are now 18 & 21 and are not talking to me at the moment as I have had little contact with them over the years due to the mother continually moving despite my best efforts.

One of the things being thrown at me is that I could of found them through the CSA so my question is:

Does the CSA assist with access for the absent parent?

  1. Answer us nope the csa are there to just destroy family’s and take as much money as they possibly can

  2. CSA idiot staff are only interested in your money… child welfare does not come into it… as long as the staff get their bonus that’s all that matters…

It’s terrible that mothers brain wash their children with their own issues and it’s never questioned….

Dave Darby sounds like a bit of ‘CSA man’… if the CSA didn’t use overnight stays as one of the critera for assessment there wouldn’t be such an issue around contact… as for the girls making up their own mind… you stupid man… it’s their mothers mind they are clearly pleasing!!! look up PAS (parent alienation syndrome)

  3. unfortunatly not, they are only interested in making sure your skint and witout access to your kids, the best thnig to do is see if you can track them down via social media sites such as facebook twitter etc, if not try the electoral roll, good luck

  4. Nope. They just exist to demonise and criminalise the non resident parent and screw as much money as they can from them.

In my experience the family court are not much better. Contact orders are useless prices of paper, not worth the paper that they are written on.

Be careful throwing money at the lawyers.
