You would need to see a solictor reguarding the house as i think if u can prove hes never paid towards it there can be something to stop any forced sale( not 100%) sure but as for CSA you may be too late but even if u could at 20 years of arrears he would just give up work and sit on the dole

The man has no morals for sure. I do know that if is name is on the mortgage he can force a sale and entitled to any profit from the sale BUT minus all the yrs non payment of mortgage on his part.
My ex!s sister was in the same boat and she forced her ex to sell but since she had not payed any mortgage since she she left the home, she was only entitled to a percentage of the equity after the sale. Unless the law has changed? It was only a few yrs ago.
As for CSA payments forget it. It will be an uphill struggle and your dad will just resent you and make it even more difficult for all involved,besides, I don’t think your mum can claim from all those yrs ago.
