Does it affect me if he is putting aside money for the children?
I was wondering if u could help me, my ex husband hast payed me any money for his two children I about a year and a half.
He owns his own photography business but he tells me he isn’t making any money but constantly turning up in new clothes and new motorbikes.
I was just wondering on a bit of advice, I know if I told him I was getting contact with csa I now he would stop taking so many bookings so he hasn’t got to pay me anything, also he said he has opened a bank account for the children and he’s putting money in there but I don’t know how true this is.
Does that affect how he pays me? Hope you can help.

Sounds like he’s self employed so it can be hard to prove his earnings. Its nice hes opened bank accounts but you also deserve to have week by week financial help to. Ask him if he can provide his children with something every week even if he has to put a little less in their accounts.
U can ask him to prove the accounts to show u but u will not be filling that way when their older and have money for school ,car or house ect he still looking out for his kids and new rules CSA well let him do that long he can prove he doing so .
You need to call child maintenance options and talk it through with an advisor.
