Does he have to prove that he had this child?

I’m waiting advice on: firstly, my ex hubby has two buy to let which he says he doesn’t make money on, but both prospers have long term tenets in.

Secondly, he’s said he has another child but would he had to adopted the child of his partners if so does he have to prove that he had this child? And finally he became a local councillor and has never inform CSA of his money of them since 2012, but when I ask for his calculation to be done they say I have to prove what jobs he has, is this correct?
