Duncan great advice….. not. Well no advice at all. ok I guess you have been at the brunt of an ex-wife’s hatred (I’ve been there, don’t let it cloud your judgement on other people).
People are on here for advice not just for petty comments.
You don’t need to be divorced, separated yes, if you’re still living together and are just using the ‘system’ to get money, I don’t want to advise you.
So lets go with…… you no longer live with your ex and you need help with regards costs for the child.
Get in touch with the csa, if you have an address for your ex this process should be quite simple. I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt here, don’t screw him for everything.
Best solution, come to an agreement between yourselves as the new csa, now the cms are going to charge you for the privilege of using them. If this isn’t possible the csa/cms is the only way forward.
