Do I have the right to know when a review is inititiated?

The agency depending on which robot you get has recently told me differing views does anyone know the law on this

Question do I as the non resident parent have the right to know who and when a review is initiated by?

The robots have told me so far

A- I’m not telling you it’s data protection???
(won’t explain that any further).

B- It was the mother and gave me the time and date she called ( mother adamantly denies the request states she fine with the payment I currently make)

C-It was the agency and we have the right to request a review whenever we like

I can’t seem to get a straight answer from them

They won’t review my wage on a monthly basis state they can’t do that as my wage fluctuates every month.

  1. I’m afraid that only the pwc can initiate the claim, unless its pre 2010 and if a pwc on benefits then csa became involved, but pwc would obviously know this, and I can’t see csa lying about this (think your ex telling porkies)…and a pwc can ask for a re-assessment if they think its needed or you have had a change of circumstances and not told them, which to help you, needs to be done. My advice never ring the robots as you call them as each agent will tell you something different, always write to them.

  2. Baz,

I wouldn’t be too quick to judge your ex and conclude she is responsible.

    In response to your points;
I don’t recollect any law that relates to the agency being obligated to inform a NRP of who instigated a review.
A – An over used, convenient final answer to questions.
B – Yes, a PWC can request a change of circumstances.
C – Yes, the CSA can review a case at any time.

You give no details pertaining to your case, which my give us some insight…
    1) Have any of your circumstances changes since the CSA last looked at your case. If so, how?
    2) Do you have arrears?
    3) Are arrears owed to the Secretary of State or the PWC?
    4) Are you involved in a further cases with the CSA?
    5) Have you previously provided all the info the CSA have requested?
    6) What payment method do you use to pay CS ie, DEO, DD etc?
    7) Do you have shared care of your child/ren?
