Hi all I had a DNA done he is not mine he has just turned 4 so for that long he thought I was his dad the jugde said that DNA mite not even matter as I have been in his life as the dad for more than 3 years can any 1 give me more info
We’re you married or kids born after 2003? If so you have parental rights to both. If she is saying the child is not yours then I’m afraid only a dna test will be conclusive and you can take it from there.
She has to give sufficient reason to why you cannot see the children. Best of luck.
