DNA test proves I’m right yet CSA still try to take money

My wife (seperated and divorced in Jan 2013) became pregnant as we split up… she informed me she was pregnant and the child was mine.

In Oct she contacted CSA however did not give them my address or contact number. Just my work.. (Armed Forces) i found out in mid Jan 2014 about this and contacted CSA.

On contacting i requested a DNA test but due to being ‘married’ i was placed on the birth certificate and was not entitled to a DNA test via CSA. My solicitor decided it was a must with divorce procedings due to being deployed operationally around conception time.

In the end the DNA test states am not the father. Ive spoke with them several times, yet they have not responded to me. There about to take another payment.

What i’d like to know is… am i entitled to claim the money back for the DNA test esp as i requested one from them?

How will i recieve the money back from my so called wife? In montly/weekly enstallments or at once and she repays them?

  1. If you arranged the DNA test privately you will not be able to claim the cost back.
Get your solicitor to send a copy of the results along with a warning letter to the CSA demanding immediate closure.
Contact your paymaster and ask them to refuse the request for payment showing a copy of your test results as evidence.
When the case is closed you are entitled to any monies paid back.

  2. Could you not have your ex for paternity fraud? How dare she put your name on the birth certificate knowing she slept with another man at time of conception….did the other guy get the grief like you have had?

If you get no joy with the csa go and see your mp, take all your paperwork with you….that should kick the agency up the butt!
