  1. No, you’ll see plenty of cases on here where the resident parent doesn’t get any child support. It’s very common whether the resident parent is a woman or a man.

  2. @eve32 and you’ll see plenty of cases in here where the NRP is paying to the max, yet none of the money is going to the PWC…

    Where’s the money going to?

  3. @MrWhitey I haven’t got a bloody clue. My point is that both male and female NRP can evade paying any child support so it’s not a ‘different case’ when it is a woman. The original poster is saying his NRP mother got away with not paying because she is a woman and because he is now a NRP and is male they are straight on his case.

It seems the CSA are ineffectual at collecting payment of NRP who don’t pay as in my case and I completely feel for the NRP on here who do pay but seem to get hammered with mystery arrears that can’t be explained. It’s why there is clashes on here NRP who pay but still being hounded and RP who don’t get any payment.

If the NRP is paying through the CSA and it’s not being transferred to the PWC then that’s another example of the shambolic service.

  4. @eve32…You can see the pattern emerging though, can’t you? I had been having my wages doctored to the tune of over £100 per week and my ex and our children saw none of it, they even lied to her and told her that they couldn’t pay her until they received money from me, I showed her my wage slips with the CSA deductions on them, it still took her a year to get her payments…

    It’s a scam.

  5. @MrWhitey, did this happen recently? I’m sorry that you have had to deal with this. Thankfully the CSA which I have had no experience of but sound shocking will soon be phased out. How did you resolve this in the end, did you get an apology?
